More ways to SAVE $!
If you're joining me this month in my efforts to spend less on groceries and continue eating healthy, here are some more ways to save money and make your own "packaged foods" at home. Packaged or prepared foods generally cost more than homemade and are less nutritious so when you can make your own crackers, yogurt, tortillas etc it's a win-win situation!
If you have a crockpot (which is on my wish list) try this recipe for homemade yogurt. I'll be trying homemade yogurt in canning jars next month.
