Compete, even if it's just for fun....

We could all use a little competition in our lives, especially when it comes to fitness. It's helps motivate us, gives a goal and a timeline. Now-days we can compete in almost any sport imaginable; adult sports leagues and charity foundations are responsible for much of the accessibility and we should all embrace it! Pick a race or competition and go for it. If you set a goal (competition date) for yourself you maybe surprised at how motivated and committed to your cause you become! Challenge yourself, commit, train hard, and take pride in achieving your goals.
