Health and fitness goals are accomplished as individuals. To put it another way, each individual must establish their own goals and commit to completing them. Personal trainers, coaches, friends and family can guide and cheer, but the ultimate decision maker, "the keeper of the keys" is the individual. This may seem simple, but it's powerful when believed and practiced.
Steps to becoming the "Keeper of the Keys:"
1. OWN YOUR current physical fitness level. Know that good or bad you did the "work" to get there, and take responsibility for your actions.
2. If you want to make a change or continue to challenge yourself, establish clear identifiable GOALS and OWN THEM!
3. Make the decision to commit yourself to completing your goal and OWN YOUR ACTIONS every step along the way.
4. This is the scary part...If you fail, you OWN the outcome, but if you succeed you OWN your SUCCESS and you can empower others to be The Keeper of the Keys!
