The Running Crew!

This weekend we wrapped up 3 training sessions focusing on running form and body mechanics; all of our athletes made huge progress in their form and efficiency! Remember...little steps, quick turn over, open chest, tight glutes and breathe!


What's next?..... Strength training for runners and speed work!
As we briefly discussed this past weekend, one of the keys to being a great runner is overall fitness, that said this coming Sunday (8/21) we will be hosting a strength training for runners and speed training workshop. We will be discussing training programming to include both elements in to your weekly schedule as well a doing a strength training workout specifically designed for runners. Details to come soon!
